Price: $195
The registration cost includes:
- participation in all scheduled weekend events;
- 6 delicious meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch) prepared on-site by our talented kitchen crew;
- snacks (Mmmm, snacks…);
- lodging in cabins during the weekend;
- AND the opportunity to be there to help make the first ever Elixir Cape Cod Dance Weekend a smashing success!

Scholarships
A small number of work scholarships are available for folks who need a little extra help to attend and are interested to help with an aspect of running the weekend in exchange for a discounted admission. You can earn a discount of $75 in exchange for helping with washing dishes, pre-weekend set up or post-weekend cleanup, helping campers move in, or keeping bathrooms stocked. Scholarships are available on a first-come, first served basis.
To apply check the scholarship box on the registration form, click Submit, and then Confirm Registration. Stop before you get to the payment page. We will be in touch to confirm the details.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please let us know at by email at registrar@elixirmusic.com.
If you cancel your registration on or before August 12 we will offer a full refund minus $10. Between August 13 and September 28 we will refund your payment minus $45 if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event we will not refund your registration fee. In the event of cancellation without notification, we will not refund your registration fee. Please note that your registration is not transferable; if you cancel we will assign your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
